Q: How do we go about customizing the package? +
A: Our services are really made to be mix-and-matched so you can let us know what packages you're interested in and we can get you a quote over!
Q: What are your signature themes and do I have to choose one? +
A: Our 5 signature themes are the most popular themes of the year that we absolutely crush! We have our own product lines for these themes and we know you'll love them! If you want something custom, we also have the option to make something totally custom to your bride's dream! You're not locked into our signature themes, they're just there if you want something we've already perfected and know will be stunning. Think of them as our greatest hits, but we're always down to create something completely unique if that's more your vibe!
Q: Which packages typically work best for hotel rooms? +
A: We now have a hotel room package that really decks out a hotel room! If you're looking for something more budget friendly, we recommend the Mini Decor package for hotel rooms since hotel rooms are limited on space for a large balloon arch!
Q: What is the difference between the full and the mini package? +
A: The Mini package is really allll for the 'gram! You get a balloon arch, tinsel background, hanging sign, and a few other foil balloons added around the room. The Full Decor package includes all of that but also includes decor in the brides room as well as supplies in the kitchen and living area! So the Full package really decks out most of the house where the mini is just a nice little pop when you walk in the door!
Q: What does the VIP package include? +
A: The VIP Package is really our cream-of-the-crop, all-inclusive package. It includes Full Decor setup with balloon arch, bridal suite decor, foil balloons, plates, cups, confetti, games and surprises. It also includes a Large Mimosa Bar with personalized champagne labels, juices, fruit, balloon garland and personalized champagne flutes. Bach Bags with goodies for each guest, 3 generic itineraries for your celebration city, 1 dozen custom cookies made to match your theme, a custom welcome sign for the entrance, and our stock the fridge service where we shop and stock your groceries before arrival.
Q: How does the access to the house work? Do we have to check in before you go? +
A: You will send us the check-in instructions from your Airbnb/hotel and we will arrive right at check in! We'll need around 1–3 hours to set everything up and then you can come in after. You don't need to be there when we arrive and you're welcome to come in and drop your stuff off while we work.
Q: Would this be all one payment or a few separate payments? +
A: We take 50% down upfront and 50% two weeks before your trip so you and your group have time to collect the funds!
Q: Can I get more specifics on the Bach bags? +
A: We love when groups get our bach bags, it really adds UMPH to the house set up when you arrive. Each bach bag comes with fun items like reusable canvas totes, city-specific silk scarves and bag charms, bach playing carrd decks, a curly bride straw, and other fun goodies! Plus there are tons of add-on options like custom trucker hats, matching shirts, cowboy hats, embroidered towels and more so we can tailor them to your vibe and budget.
Q: Is the Airbnb included in the price? +
A: Booking the Airbnb is not included in our services, however we do partner with a few Airbnbs that could certainly help with! Check out our partnership page to see who we work with.
Q: How does the Stock the Fridge Package work? +
A: You pay the flat service fee for us and our delivery partners to shop and stock the fridge. The groceries themselves are not included. You'll send us your grocery list (wine, white claw, snacks, breakfast items etc.) and we shop the day before and stock the fridge before you arrive.
Q: Could you tell me a little about the group photoshoot? +
A: For the group photoshoot you can choose any location for a 1-hour session and we'll have one of our amazing local photographers capture the moment! You'll receive 10-15 edited images for social media or personal use. If you fall in love with the whole gallery you can purchase the full set. Pricing varies depending on group size.
