Former NFL cheerleader turned CEO, Mallory went from party-planning for her friends to running the go-to bachelorette planning company in the U.S. She’s a lover of finer things on a budget, a DIY queen, and is known to say “I could make that” about pretty much anything. In 2020, one viral TikTok turned her side hustle into Bach Babes, and now five years (and thousands of parties) later, she leads a powerhouse team of passionate women across multiple cities.

I never set out to become the queen of bachelorette parties!
Back in 2020, I was just a girl living in Nashville who helped a friend set up her bach weekend. No big plans, no business dreams, I just wanted my bestie to have the most amazing celebration ever.
But then I posted a little TikTok about the whole experience and it absolutely blew up! Suddenly my DMs were flooded with hundreds of stressed-out MOHs begging me to help them too. What started as one favor for a friend became my life's purpose. Bach Babes gave me the perfect space to combine everything I love, being creative, working with incredible women, partnering with amazing local businesses, and moving around the country to live in cities I never dreamed I'd call home. It's like all my talents just clicked together into this dream job that doesn't even feel like work! I just feel so damn lucky to be doing exactly what I was meant to do, and that keeps me motivated every single day. Sometimes the best things happen when you're just trying to help a friend!

The gal behind the ‘gram! Bethany started as a Bach Babes intern and quickly worked her way up to managing Nashville’s team and operations. She’s our head designer, trend guru, and Canva moodboard master, always bringing the vibes. Equal parts stylish and strategic, she makes sure every party detail (and TikTok trend) is perfectly on point.

Partnerships Manager
Our poised queen of relationships, Michaela is a spreadsheet wiz who knows every provider in every city. She started our partnership program and now manages the incredible vendors who help us pull off magic every weekend. A Kentucky native & Airbnb owner herself, she brings both brains and insider know-how to everything she does.
McKenzie

Former wedding expert turned bachelorette expert, McKenzie is spunky, detail-driven, and the ultimate hostess with the mostest. With years at The Knot under her belt, she’s a pro at making sure no balloon is out of place and no detail overlooked. She keeps our FL market running seamlessly while planning every soirée to absolute perfection.

Kelley is the cool-girl friend you always want on your trip. Based in Austin, she knows the city’s best happy hour spots and makes sure our groups only hit the most iconic places. A cake decorator on the side (and for our bach groups), Kelley has been with Bach Babes for two years, bringing creativity, fun, and flavor to every event.

Between running her own boutique and her professional background managing major Nashville events, she brings organization and creative flair to our product line. The OG CEO Murphy has been paws-on in every meeting since day one, ensuring the vibes stay high and the snacks stay supervised. While he’s secretly terrified of balloons, he bravely puts his fears aside to make sure every party setup is up to his golden standards.
