Bachelorette Party Games!

Crazy how games are fun when men aren’t involved ;)

Your lifelong friends met your new college girlies, who then meets your sisters and cousins… nothing breaks the ice more than some saucy bachelorette games! Get to know one another, ask the dirty questions, spill the piping hot tea and see who knows the bride best! After all, you will be going through a whole weekend + wedding with these people ;).

We know planning a bachelorette is hard enough, so we’ve compiled a list of 10 of our most favorite Bachelorette Party Games that your bride won’t forget! Depending on how much she drinks, of course. By being a Bach Babes bride you automatically are given a scavenger hunt to complete on your night out and a new edition of the classic game of Candyland called Litty Land! Without giving away too much, just know the game is exactly as it sounds!

Drinking Games:

The newly weds

If you’re the designated third wheel for the couple involved, all those that identify say I, you may know a lot of these answers! Maybe even more than the bride…

Preparation:

Have MOH (or whoever planned the bachelorette weekend) email the bride's spouse-to-be a list of questions beforehand (even better, get their responses on video to play for the group later).

How to play:

The Brides guesses what their partner answered for each one. Watch the video with his answer or read it out loud to the group! If the answer is right, everyone but the bride takes a sip of their drinks. If the answer is wrong, just the bride does.

Lie- Detector

Really get to know your girlies with this one! Take your bachelorette through a “lie detector” test where the bride has to answer some embarrassing questions about herself or the groom. Her opponent then needs to guess whether it was the truth or a lie and vice versa. Play with a bunch of different girls to really get to know each others wild side!

How to play:

Grab the bride and an opponent and have a few drinks ready. The person who guesses wrong needs to take a drink and the person/people with the most points at the end wins the game.

Guess who?

This is a great icebreaker if you want to help guests get to know each other a bit better. The game can be PG or R-rated depending on the types of questions that attendees must ask one another.

How to play:

Each player must write a raunchy secret about herself on a piece of paper, fold it up, and drop it into a bowl. Each player takes one of the papers and reads it out loud, guessing who it could be. If they are right, the person who spilled the tea needs to take a drink but if they are wrong, the person guessing needs to drink.

The glory of this game is you can play and not still remain relatively sober, depending on how hard you go. That way you can get to know one another and stile able to play some more games the rest of the night!

Dunk Jenga

You may get flashbacks to college with this one. It’s like Jenga but bachelorette-ivied. Create as crazy or saucy dares written on the Jenga pieces that the person who pulls it out must do. It could be things as simple as “take a shot”, “drink five sips”, or even something really saucy like “kiss the person to your right”. The person who makes the tower fall has to drink all the leftover drinks on the table. In other words, nice knowin ya!

To get started:

Divide the Jenga pieces between the number of people at the party and then ask everyone to write a command on each of the pieces. Once everyone is done, you can stack them up and let the game begin! **cue the hunger games 3 finger salute**

Playful Games:

Suck-for-a-buck

Now we’re really starting to heat things up! The main goal of this game involves the bride getting strangers to suck candy off of a specially designed shirt for $1.

Preparation:

You will need a tight, white shirt with the word BRIDE written on the front and back. Get your creative juices flowing, grab a thread and a needle and sew bite-sized candies onto the shirt (collar, chest, belly button). Make sure to attach them very loosely so that it’s possible to easily bite them off without ripping the shirt. The bride then puts the shirt on and is ready to play!

How to play:

Whether you’re out on Broadway or Rainey Street, it’s the bride’s goal to get random men to suck the candy off of the shirt within a certain time limit. Set those timers and watch the men squirm ;). Have the rest of the group ready to cheer him on or even wear their own shirts if they are wanting to join in on the action. The best part? She can then take the money that she has made and buy a round of drinks for everyone! This is what you call using your resources.

diy cowgirl hats

If you are even remotely active on social media, you’ve seen our personal favorite trend… cowgirl hats! Set up a DIY table the first night into town and have everyone prepare their hat for the weekend!

Preparation:

Get enough hats for the whole groups, supply feathers, glitter, glue, iron on letters, pearls…whatever you want/need to make your cowgirl hat your own!

How to make:

Who doesn’t like a little healthy competition? To make this fun DIY into more of a game, have everyone vote for their best hat! Whoever wins gets a free drink bought by the group!

ADULT PICTIONARY

We’ve all played Pictionary at some point in our lives, but this aint ya mammas Pictionary. This rated R version is sure to get the belly laughs flowing!

How to play:

The general objective of Pictionary is to split into teams and have one person draw a randomly chosen word or phrase while the people on their team guesses what it is. However, this version involves stacking the deck with naughty poses, phrases and acts to really spice things up! After all, it is her bachelorette!

Games to Buy:

For The Girls - This card game ain’t your average game of truth or dare. With 100 cards to choose from, there’s 5 different colored cards representing a different mini game within the game. Whichever side of the die lands face-up, take the top card from the corresponding color deck. Read it aloud to the group & perform whatever action is on the card. Some cards involve just that player, some require the whole group. If you choose not to do what the card says, take a drink! This is an easy, affordable game that gets the night going! **Warning** may result in texting that toxic ex of yours…

Off Topic Ladies Night - Okay I would buy this game simply for the aesthetic! So cute! The best board game for short attentions spans or those that might be slightly tipsy: the pace is quick, the rules are simple, and games can be as short as 30 minutes, or as fun as 90 minutes! Draw a card to set the topics and have each girl grab their own dry erase board and quickly right down their answers before the timer runs out. Coming up with the answers is half the fun, debating with the rest of the group is where your competitive side can truly shine!

Tell Me, Without Telling Me - Basically an adult version of charades, perfect for an ice breaker with the whole group! There are 3 ways to “tell” what your card says: Show Don’t Tell, One Syllable, or Freestyle. Be the fastest team to guess the words on the cards, and you will be victorious! Let’s just hope your little sister isn’t on the trip, because things could get awkward real quick! ;)

We hope this helps make the pregame a little more fun, brings your girls a little closer and leaves the bride with lasting memories!
