How do we go about customizing the package?
Our services are really made to be mix-and-matched so you can let us know what packages you're interested in and we can get you a quote over!
Which packages typically work best for hotel rooms?
We recommend the Mini Decor package for hotel rooms since hotel rooms are limited on space for a large balloon arch/photo booth!
What is the difference between the full and the mini package?
The Mini package is really allll for the ‘gram! You get a photo-wall with balloon arch, tinsel background, hanging sign on it, and a few other foil balloons added around the room. The Full Decor package includes all of that but also includes decor in the brides room as well as supplies in the kitchen and living area! So the Full package really decks out most of the house where the mini is just a nice little pop when you walk in the door!
What does the VIP package include?
The VIP Package is really our cream-of-the-crop, all-inclusive package. It includes:
Full Decor - we buy all the decor and set it up before you arrive. That includes a photo booth in the living room, bridal suite is totally decked out, foil balloon sayings, plates, napkins, cups, cutouts of the fiance's face, confetti, games, and a few additional surprises!
Large Mimosa Bar - Large mimosa bar stocked with 4 personalized champagne labels, 3 types of juice, mimosa bar sign, 2 types of fruit, balloon garland, personalized champagne flutes (with everyones names personalized), fun straws and a bride straw!
Bach Bags - Each person gets a bach bag with their name on it and lots of bach goodies inside of it (we also offer options where you can add matching t-shirts and cowboy hats for additional charge).
3 Generic Nash Bash Itineraries - We have compiled the BEST places to visit, restaurants to eat at and things to do while you're in Nashville. Pick which itinerary fits your bride best and we send you step-by-step, easy way to book all of our partnerships and even get Bach Babes exclusive discounts!
1 Dozen Custom Cookies - No weekend is ever complete without a dozen custom cookies made to match your specific theme! Treat yo self, and your girls to a sweet treat! You send us the inspo and we contact out cookie partner to make it happen!
Social Media Graphics - We design custom Instagram and Venmo social media graphics to match your theme. Use theme to get your bride and extra drink or show off your bachelorette to your followers!
Custom Koozies with Groom's Face - Exactly as it sounds! We supply each guest with a custom Koozie with the groom's face all over it!
Stock the Fridge - How the stock the fridge package works is that you will pay the flat fee for us to get your groceries and stock the fridge, but the price of the groceries is not included in that. You'll go to our stock the fridge portal and put in your list of groceries (think: wine, white claw, liquor, drunk snacks, breakfast food, etc. ) and you'll pay for the groceries through the portal. We work with a local business who will shop for the items and then we'll stock your fridge with it!
How does the access to the house work? Do we have to check in before you go?
You will send us the check-in instructions from your Airbnb/hotel and we will arrive right at check in! We'll need around 1-3 hours to set everything up and then you can come in after! You don't need to be there when we arrive and you're welcome to come in and drop your stuff off while we work!
Would this be all one payment or a few separate payments?
We take 50% down upfront and 50% two weeks before your trip so you and your group have time to collect the funds!
Can I get more specifics on the Bach bags?
We love when groups get our bach bags, it really adds UMPH to the house set up when you arrive. We have a few options for our gift bags:
Regular Bach Bags - have things like embroidered bandanas, heart sunglasses, bach tats, shot necklace, hangover kit, curly bride straw, and some other fun bride goodies!
Bach Bags + Cowboy Hats - all the things above plus cowgirl hats for everyone and white with a veil for the bride!
Bach Bags + T-Shirts - all the things in the regular bach bags + T-Shirts
Bach Bags + T-Shirts + Cowboy Hats
Is the Airbnb included in the price?
Booking the Airbnb is not included in our services, however we do partner with a few Airbnbs that could certainly help with! Check out our partnership page to see who we work with!
How does the stock the fridge work?
How the stock the fridge package works is that you will pay the flat fee for us (and our amazing delivery partners) to get your groceries and stock the fridge, but the price of the groceries is not included in that. You'll send us the list of your groceries (think: drunk snacks, breakfast food, etc.) and the day before your event, we'll shop and the day of, we’ll stock your fridge with it!
Could you tell me a little about the mural tour with the photographer?
For the photographer mural tour photoshoot, it's a 1-hour photo session and you generally can hit around 2-3 sites in that time frame! You will get 10-15 of the photos from the shoot to use freely as you please on social media or really wherever! If you just love all the photos at the end, you can pay extra to buy more photos! We work with phenomenal local photographers who will make you and your group look as fabulous as you feel. The cost differentiates depending on your groups size!
